Our Aims:
T-Mobile currently distributes a million newsletters a month to their customer base.
They have segmented their base into a number of categories, such as Pay-as-you-go or Pay Monthly, on enrollment.
Working with MaBox, we worked on a custom email campaign to attract new offers in 2010.
In total, there are 26 different messages put across to each individual, and these can be tailored even further by people’s personal details, such as their mobile phone and services.
